Why the studio exists
Most good ideas die in the distance between a conversation and a company. The work in between is slow, expensive and mostly research, drafting and testing — exactly the work a machine can now do around the clock.
So we built the organisation as flows. They read, draft, prototype and measure through the night. Every morning the room reads what came back and decides what lives. It compresses twelve months of venture building into twelve weeks without handing judgement to a model.
We use it on our own ventures first. When we take on someone else's idea, it runs on the machinery we already trust with our own money.

Evidence before opinion
We put something real in front of real customers before we build. A test that costs a week is cheaper than a conviction that costs a year.

Own risk first
We do not sell a method we have not paid for ourselves. Our own ventures go through it before anyone else's does.

Stay after the launch
We take a board seat and keep reporting. A studio that leaves at launch never finds out whether it was right.
